We were so very shocked and sad to hear both when Michael first fell ill, and now that he has so sadly left us. Coming to the dentist has been a really lovely experience for our whole family, to be greeted with Nicolette's beautiful smile and kindness, and see Michael who was so kind and gentle. We have felt so cared for by our South African dental friends (including Graham G!) and were so fond of Michael. We will really miss him and will never forget him.
