Michael was such a kind and gentle man and we all feel so genuinely sad that he has passed. The children (aged 17 and 12) have only ever seen Michael as their dentist, from the time they actually had no teeth and just sat in his chair to 'get used to it', and have grown up with the 'family saying': "what would Michael say?" if we didn't think they had cleaned their teeth as well as they should, or if they had eaten too many sweets! The children still remember the Thunderbirds Rocket that they were allowed to take upstairs to Michael's room and also the time Michael gave Joseph a pair of latex gloves to take home because, for some reason, he really liked them ! Our thoughts are with Nicolette and the children x
