Initially Michael was our (utterly brilliant) dentist, but very soon, he was much more than that, and he and the family were very soon amongst our most loyal and trusted friends. We will never forget the genuine warmth and generosity that was shown towards us and we will always be grateful and proud to have known Michael. We miss him terribly and send love to Nicolette, Nicole and Michael Jnr.
