Dear Nicolette, Nicole and Michael, We have always been very lucky to have Michael as our dentist for so many years because of his calm and reassuring manner, particularly with the children. He was always interested in what was going on in our lives, he was funny and always had a twinkle in his eye. We will miss seeing him and can't still believe he's not with us any more.
